IND vs SA 2nd test: It’s bowlers day out at Cape Town

South Africa’s Captain Dean Elgar won the toss and chose to bat first on Day 1 of the 2nd test match. Dean Elgar and Aiden Markram open for South Africa while Jasprit Bumrah and Siraj open the bowling attack for India. Siraj registered his best test figure with 6 wickets. He only gave 15 runs in the 9 overs he bowled. Dean Elgar was playing his final test match. He already announced his retirement from International cricket.

South Africa was bowled out on 55 runs by India in the Cape Town test match. This was one of the worst batting performances from the South African cricket team. Nine batsmen are not able to score in double digits.

In reply to that India bowled out on 153 runs. India’s top order playing well. But they have lost 6 wickets on 153. Thanks to Rohit Sharma (39), Virat Kohli (46) and Subhuman Gill(36). The Ind vs SA 2nd test match is surely going to heaven for bowlers. Scorecard of the match.

South Africa batted again on the day for 2nd Inning but lost 3 wickets for 63 at the end of day 1. So a total of 23 wickets fell on Day 1 in the 2nd test match between India and South Africa.
